Where and how we ship
We ship from the Netherlands to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We are online only. There is no counter to pick up from.
Shipping is free on orders over €40. Under that we charge one flat rate. The shipping cost shows at checkout before you pay.
We pack orders in one to two working days. Boxes going to the Netherlands usually arrive within two working days after that. Belgium and Germany take a little longer. You get an email when your box ships.
Returns
Returns are open for 14 days after delivery. Start one from your order page.
Bottles must be unopened and in the packaging they came in. You pay the return postage. We refund you once the box is back with us.
Damaged or wrong item
If a bottle arrives leaking, broken, or is not what you ordered, tell us. Send a photo if you can.
