Who we are

Voss Detailing is a small car care shop based in the Netherlands. We sell online and ship to the countries you can pick at checkout. This page covers the shop: your basket, checkout, and the messages you send us.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, shipping address, and what you bought.
• Payment details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send from the contact page. Those open in your own email app.
• Your account, if you make one: email, password (stored hashed by our shop software), saved addresses, and the orders, returns and reviews tied to it.
• Your email address, if you join the list. We only send after you confirm the link.
• The first-order code, if you claim it: the email it went to, when you claimed it, and when you used it.
• Photos you attach to a return request. We delete them once the return is closed.
• The cookies and device storage listed on the cookies page.

We do not use analytics or ad trackers unless you allow them on the cookie banner.

Why we use it

We use your details to take payment, pack your order, ship it, handle a return, show you your orders when you sign in, and reply to you. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to. Every marketing email has a leave link.

First-order offer

New customers can claim 10% off a first order. We email the code FIRST10 to the address you give. Claiming it puts that address on our list. We only send news after you confirm the link in that email. We record the claim and when an order uses the code, so it works once per email.

Who helps us

• Stripe, to take payment.
• Our shipping partner, to deliver your box.
• Resend, to send order and list emails.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores uploaded photos.

They only get what they need to do that job.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as tax and returns law asks us to. Your account stays until you ask us to delete it. Your basket is stored on your own device until you order or empty it. Your cookie choice is stored for 180 days. Your sign-in lasts seven days.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, fix it, get a copy of it, or have it deleted. Write to info@vossdetailing.com and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority.
